What is a Healthcheck?

A Healthcheck is the starting point of the Circuit Riding process. It helps us to be able to help you. We ask a series of questions about your organisation, how you use IT and what systems you have in place.

Healthchecks are fully funded and can be accessed by any volunatry group.

As a result of a healthcheck we make recommendations that aim to improve your use of IT. We can work with your group for a maximum of 6 months to help implement some or all of the recommendations. The recommendations within a Healthcheck are not required developments for support, the host group can choose which, if any, they wish to undertake.

It is CITA's aim to leave a client stronger in terms of IT at the end of a Circuit Riding period.

“CAN continues to benefit from CITA's pleasant, obliging, understanding and knowledgeable staff. CITA has helped deliver and develop our IT knowledge in many areas this year, whilst continuing to help us maintain an efficient IT system. Assistance was sought and delivered through the Digital Mentoring Programme, New Website, and back up storage advice and equipment. Many thanks.”
