This package includes a fully-facilitated half-day workshop, a written report and consultancy to help your website be the best it can be.

The workshop

The workshop works best if you invite a range of stakeholders to attend. We suggest an appropriate mix of:

  • clients
  • potential clients
  • staff
  • volunteers
  • committee/board members

We will take the group through a variety of activities. These activities will help you build a picture of the content you and your audience need on the website. They will also help you understand how you can make it easier for people to find what they are looking for.

The workshop typically takes around 4 hours (with breaks!) but can be adapted to meet your needs.

The discussions and activities at the workshop will have implications for:

  • the type of content you write for the website

  • your broader communications strategy

  • the way the website is structured and the content presented

The strategy

We will meet with you within two weeks of the workshop to analyse the findings and support you in making any related decisions.

The outcomes of the workshop and this meeting may be presented to you in a report. If we are running the workshop as part of a website development project, we will incorporate the relevant outcomes into the website specification.
